Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Trackery mobile application (the "Service") operated by Trackery ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Trackery provides tools offline and locally on your iOS device to track recurring subscriptions, set alerts, and manage financial budgeting. We provide generalized guides for canceling generic subscriptions, but we do not execute cancellations on your behalf or interface directly with your financial institutions.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the subscription and financial data you input manually into Trackery. We are not liable for late fees, overdrafts, or continued subscription charges resulting from user error or failure to independently verify billing cycles.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

If you choose to purchase Trackery Pro or any paid features within the App, payments will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Trackery, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
